They are now seeking a Project Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale or multiple complex projects focused on the design of new vessels and the upgrading of existing ones. Working closely with business development and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure projects are aligned with commercial objectives while contributing to the performance and sustainability goals of the company. This is a role where innovative ideas are turned into actionable project plans, directly shaping the future of the industry.
 

The requirements for this role are:
 

  • Proven track record in project or program management, preferably within the maritime or engineering sectors
     
  • MSc degree, preferably in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related field
     
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect long-term strategy to day-to-day execution
     
  • Excellent planning, organizing, and prioritizing abilities to ensure successful project outcomes
     
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
     
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
