Our client is a leading organization undertaking an ambitious, multi-million-pound transformation of our Marine Centre, alongside other strategic projects. Join their dynamic team to drive impactful change and bring innovative marine solutions to life.

They are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead the delivery of critical projects, with a focus on our Marine Centre Transformation. The successful candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring within defined scope, timeline, and budget. This role requires exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to ensure successful project outcomes in line with our Project Management Office (PMO) guidelines.

  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within marine, port, or construction projects.
  • Certification in project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or APM is preferred.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • A solid understanding of marine operations, construction, business change, and navigation systems.
  • Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
