As a Sales Manager, you will develop and execute a sales plan to achieve revenue growth and retention targets. You will manage customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and present tailored solutions that meet mid- to long-term customer needs. Collaboration with internal teams and the use of CRM tools to drive sales activity will be essential to your success.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven track record in sales or business development in the marine industry
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
- Knowledge of sales strategies and CRM tools
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- A proactive approach with high energy and enthusiasm for achieving results
- Coming from Shipping Technical Background is preferable
- Good Contacts with Ship Owners / Managers in SEA Hunter Profile with the ability to find clients and close the deal
