A well-established and growing maritime company with a strong presence in the Middle East is currently seeking a Bunker Superintendent to join its operations team in Dubai. Known for its high technical standards and focus on safety and efficiency, the company manages a fleet of modern tankers and gas carriers, offering an excellent platform for junior professionals looking to specialize in fuel operations and technical support functions.
This is a strategically important role that will support the planning, coordination, and execution of bunker operations across the fleet. Working closely with the technical management team, the Bunker Superintendent will be involved in monitoring fuel performance, liaising with suppliers and port agents, and ensuring full compliance with environmental and regulatory standards. The position offers strong exposure to vessel operations and is ideal for someone with a foundational background in tanker or gas carrier management who is looking to specialize further.
The requirements for this role are:
- 1–2 years of operational experience specifically within the tanker or gas carrier sector (strictly within this range)
- Previous involvement or exposure to technical vessel management is highly desirable
- Currently based in Dubai
- Available to start within a maximum of one month’s notice
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach
