Our new Client in South England is looking for a Technical Superintendent to join their team.  You will be overseeing ferry operations, leading engineering crews, and ensuring compliance. Manage budgets, audits, and collaborate with the Ship’s Management team to maintain technical safety and reliability.

Requirements:

  • Sailed as a Chief engineer or 2nd engineer achieving a (CoC1),
  • Ferry experience is preferred but not necessary.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
