Our client is a dynamic and innovative organization with a strong international reputation for delivering high-quality subsea services. They are privately owned and led by a highly skilled team with over a century of combined expertise in underwater and offshore inspection, repair, maintenance (IRM), and construction projects. With a commitment to safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness, they leverage modern robotic and remote tooling to provide cutting-edge solutions. Their core services include UXO identification and disposal, boulder relocation, debris removal, commercial diving, and ROV technologies, all delivered with a collaborative and responsive approach that clients value.

As a Tender Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in producing high-quality tender submissions and managing the entire tendering process. You will be responsible for developing cost estimates, liaising with technical teams to ensure the best technical solutions, and negotiating with third-party suppliers and vessel brokers for competitive quotations. Your ability to write compelling proposal documentation and address tender clarifications will ensure alignment with client requirements. Additionally, you will ensure a smooth handover from tendering to operations while identifying risks and mitigations. The role also involves reviewing contractual elements, providing necessary qualifications, and managing all aspects of the ITT requirements and deadlines.

  • Previous experience in a tendering environment and understanding of the full tender lifecycle.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to write compelling tenders and present cost models confidently.
  • Relevant commercial and contractual experience, preferably in tendering for ROV, diving, or survey projects.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), a proactive approach, and a willingness to travel occasionally within the UK.
