Consortio has partnered with a leading name in the North Europe Marine Division to recruit an experienced Senior Yacht Surveyor. This is an excellent opportunity for a maritime professional to play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and technical performance across the luxury yachting sector.

In this position, you’ll be responsible for conducting inspections and technical assessments on yachts, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards. You’ll act as a trusted expert, providing clear guidance to clients, managing multiple survey assignments, and supporting the professional growth of junior colleagues.

  • Master’s degree in Naval Engineering or a related discipline.
  • At least 10 years’ experience in yacht inspection, surveying, or marine engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of yacht systems, construction, and operational practices.
  • Experienced in managing surveys for newbuilds, refits, and vessels in service.
  • Skilled in producing accurate technical reports and overseeing project deliverables.
  • Excellent communication in Dutch (native level) and English.
  • Strong client-facing skills with a commitment to professionalism and integrity.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the region.
