A leading player in the bunker and marine fuel trading industry, is seeking a Back to Back Trader to join their dynamic team in Dubai. This role offers the opportunity to work in a rapidly growing UAE marketplace, leveraging both back-to-back and physical supply capabilities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Execute back-to-back trading of bunkers and marine fuels (Fuel Oil, Gas Oil, Alternative Fuels) to ship owners, operators, and traders globally. Manage bunker enquiries within the EMEA and global markets, providing transparent pricing and services.Establish and leverage relationships with end-users and suppliers to facilitate back-to-back bunker trading across tanker, dry, bulk, and commercial sectors.Promote the company’s physical locations and services.Collaborate with the Head of Trading to implement new strategies and develop markets within EMEA region.Stay informed on market news, insights, and analysis related to global ports and pricing.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in back-to-back bunker/marine fuel sales and trading within the EMEA region.
  • Proven track record with a solid understanding of bunkering policies across various ports.
  • Proficiency in hedging and pricing tools for effective trading.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such are advantageous
  • Established network of shipowner, bunker, and marine fuel contacts.
  • Willingness to travel
