Charter Manager

Our client is a global player in the luxury yachting industry who is looking for an experienced Charter Manager to join its office based in beautiful Monaco.

As an ambitious, motivated self-starter who is looking to channel their entrepreneurial spirit, your invaluable experience will not only help grow the brand but also the team that works with you. Primarily, you will be expected to manage and develop the relationships already in place as well as expand the company’s exposure / presence across the globe.

For this, the post demands that you are organised, diligent to quality and proactive in your approach.

To be eligible, you will:
 

• Be willing and able to work from the office in Monaco (EU rights to live and work)
• Be fluent in English and French (additional languages will be advantageous)
• Display excellent negotiation skills
• Be prepared to travel regularly to meet clients and attend boat shows throughout the year
• Possess exceptional interpersonal skills
• Hold a good working knowledge of the standard MYBA agreements
