A Crewing Officer position has become available within their Glasgow office, specifically focused on cruise and yacht vessels. The role involves coordinating all aspects of crewing operations; from recruitment and placement to travel arrangements, contracts, and welfare whilst ensuring the timely and efficient deployment of skilled personnel to vessels worldwide.
 

The requirements for this role are:
 

  • Proven experience in crewing for cruise or yacht vessels, or direct sailing experience on such vessels.
     
  • Candidates without formal crewing experience but with relevant maritime or sailing background are encouraged to apply.
     
  • Full fluency in English, both written and spoken.
     
  • Based in—or willing to relocate to—Glasgow, UK.
