Crewing Manager

Our client is a leading global provider of ship management, crew management and technical services, supporting a diverse portfolio of vessel types and offshore operations worldwide. With an established international presence and a strong reputation within the maritime sector, they are committed to delivering exceptional service, operational excellence, and innovative workforce solutions. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Crewing Manager to join their UK team.
 

The Crewing Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all crewing activities, ensuring the effective supply of qualified personnel to meet client requirements across offshore and maritime operations. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day crewing functions, maintain strong relationships with clients and manning partners, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and provide leadership, guidance and development to the crewing team. This role will play a key part in driving operational efficiency, maintaining high service standards, and supporting the ongoing growth of the business.
 

The requirements for this role are:

• 8+ years’ experience within crewing, crew management or marine HR
   
• Previous experience leading teams and mentoring junior crewing professionals
   
• Experience within either commercial shipping or the Oil & Gas sector
   
• Strong understanding of crewing operations, workforce planning and personnel management
   
• Must have the right to work in the UK
