We are seeking an experienced Crewing Superintendent to join our team in Hamburg, Germany. This critical role is vital to ensuring the seamless operation of the company's fleet, maintaining compliance with international maritime regulations, and fostering the professional growth of our crew members. The Crewing Superintendent will play a pivotal role in ensuring that vessels are manned by qualified, well-trained, and highly motivated professionals, enabling smooth and efficient operations at sea.

Role Requirements

• To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:
• Professional Background: Seagoing experience as an officer or a university degree combined with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the recruitment industry.
• Language Proficiency: Strong command of the English language and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of STCW, MLC, Flag State requirements, and crew management systems.
• Organizational Skills: Proven ability to plan and monitor crew rotations, travel arrangements, and training needs effectively.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Strong controlling, decision-making, and troubleshooting skills in handling crew changes, medical issues, and compliance matters.
