They are now looking to hire an experienced Dry Cargo Broker to join their Dubai office. This role is ideal for a self-sufficient broker who can operate independently, manage and develop their own desk, and leverage existing cargo connections to drive fixtures and revenue. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment and contributing to the continued growth of the Dubai operation.
 

The requirements for this role are:

• 3+ years’ experience in dry cargo broking
   
• Proven ability to run a desk independently
   
• Established cargo connections and active market relationships
   
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of closing deals
   
• Fluency in English, written and spoken
