A leading global technology company is seeking an Electrical & Automation Systems Instructor to deliver training in electrical and automation systems for the maritime and energy sectors. This role offers the opportunity to work with internal teams and external clients, conducting both on-site and virtual training sessions.

 

As the ideal candidate, you will have hands-on experience with automation, propulsion, and control systems. Your responsibilities will include delivering training, developing and evaluating programs, and customizing learning solutions for clients. You'll also contribute to the ongoing improvement of training materials and methods.

 

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
  • Prior experience as a technical instructor in automation or control systems, ideally within the maritime or energy sectors
  • Strong knowledge of automation systems and propulsion technologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Fluent in both English and Dutch (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel internationally (10-15% of the time)
