Fleet Manager

They are currently seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee a fleet of tanker vessels, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and safety across all aspects of technical management. This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for guiding a team of superintendents, driving performance, and maintaining the company’s strong reputation in the market.
 

The requirements for this role are:
 

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Fleet Manager with tanker vessels
   
• Sailing background as a Chief Engineer on tankers
   
• Proven experience managing a team of superintendents
   
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
