Fleet Manager

As a Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical and operational performance of a group of dry cargo vessels, ensuring they operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with international regulations. You will manage and guide Superintendents and vessel teams, coordinate maintenance and dry-docking plans, monitor budgets, and maintain close communication with owners, classification societies, and flag administrations. This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to make sound operational decisions in a dynamic environment.
 

The requirements for this role are:
 

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Fleet Manager handling dry cargo vessels
   
• Previous seagoing experience as an Engineer on dry vessels
   
• Prior experience working within a reputable ship management company
   
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of vessel operations and maintenance
   
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
   
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
