Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking a Fleet Manager to join their team in Cyprus. In this crucial position, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational and technical management of the offshore supply vessel fleet. You will play an essential role in ensuring the fleet's compliance with industry standards, managing maintenance and repair activities, and optimizing vessel performance. The Fleet Manager will also work closely with senior management to implement effective strategies and maintain the highest levels of safety and efficiency across the fleet.
 

The ideal candidate will have:
 

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Technical Superintendent within the offshore sector.
   
• Experience in Fleet Management is preferred, though candidates with Senior Superintendent experience will also be considered.
   
• Strong understanding of offshore supply vessel operations and maintenance.
   
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
