Head of Yacht Management

Operating across multiple global locations, this company is passionate about delivering world-class experiences for its clients through meticulous attention to detail and high standards. They are now seeking a Head of Yacht Management to join their team and lead operations for their Greek fleet.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 20-25 yachts, most of which range from 40 to 50 meters, and leading a skilled team of 5-10 professionals. You will be entrusted with ensuring the team’s motivation, cohesion, and effectiveness, driving the delivery of top-tier yacht management services. Reporting directly to the Global Technical Management Director, you will play a pivotal role in aligning the department’s goals with the company’s overarching mission and standards.

To be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:

• Fluent in Greek.
• Extensive shore-based yacht management experience.
• Experience as an Engineer on Yachts.
• Proven skills in team management.
