An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Lead Service Stewardess to join a beautiful 85m+ private yacht with low guest usage and an excellent onboard culture.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys planning ahead and working within a well-structured programme, with full itineraries provided in advance. The environment onboard is relaxed yet professional, with a strong, respectful team dynamic.

This role also offers valuable career progression. When the Chief Stewardess is on leave, you will step into selected Chief Stewardess duties, providing excellent experience for someone looking to move into a Chief Stewardess role in the future.

Ideal Candidate/Must haves:

  • Strong service background in yachting or luxury hospitality
  • Confident in both formal and relaxed service styles
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and team-focused
  • B1/B2 and Schengen
  • Looking for long-term growth within the interior department
  • The ideal candidate will be humble, proactive, organised, and adaptable, with a positive attitude and respect for all personalities onboard.
