Our client is a well-established ferry operator with a strong presence across the UK maritime sector, recognised for delivering safe, reliable and efficient passenger and freight services across the region. Operating a modern fleet, they have built a strong reputation for maintaining high standards of safety, compliance and operational performance within a professional and close-knit working environment.
They are now seeking an experienced Master to join their operations in theNorth of the UK on a permanent contract working a 3:3 week rotation.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of the vessel, ensuring compliance with all company, flag state and international regulations while maintaining high standards of leadership, safety and crew management.
To be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a Master Unlimited CoC ideally,
- Master 3000 GT CoC may potentially be considered.
- Previous sailing experience as Master.
- Experience onboard RoRo/ Ferry vessels would be preferred.
- Strong understanding of ISM, safety management systems and regulatory compliance
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Hold the right to live and work in the UK.
