As a Marine Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operations of a fleet of bulk and container vessels. You will act as the vital link between the office and the vessels, ensuring compliance with international regulations, promoting a strong safety culture, and supporting the continuous performance and development of the ships and crew.
 

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Marine Superintendent within the shipping industry.
     
  • Seagoing experience as a Senior Officer (Chief Officer or Master) on bulk carriers and container vessels.
     
  • Strong knowledge of ISM/ISPS, MLC, and marine regulatory compliance.
     
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
     
  • Fluency in English both written and verbal.
