As part of this expansion, the company is seeking to appoint a Fleet Manager to take full responsibility for the strategic and operational oversight of its tanker fleet. This is a senior leadership role that ensures all technical activities are effectively planned, coordinated, and executed in line with company policies and regulatory standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for upholding the safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of the fleet, while actively contributing to the development and refinement of internal systems and procedures. A key focus will be driving a culture of continual improvement, promoting environmental and energy awareness, and ensuring the technical team maintains the highest levels of compliance and professionalism. The position will also involve close collaboration with other Fleet Managers and stepping in to support their responsibilities during periods of absence.

To be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:

• A minimum of five years with the company as a Technical Superintendent or in a Technical Manager position.
• Recent experience managing tanker vessels.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Excellent leadership, controlling, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• In-depth knowledge of the marine industry and applicable rules and regulations.
• Strong technical knowledge related to tanker vessels.
