As Marine Superintendent, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the company’s WET fleet. Reporting to the Marine Manager, your responsibilities will include providing direct support to vessel Masters and crews, implementing company management systems, overseeing marine inspections and audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your input will be critical in maintaining high standards in navigation, cargo operations, safety, and environmental protection. This is a hands-on, rewarding position offering the chance to directly influence vessel performance, crew welfare, and company reputation.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum two years of seagoing experience in a senior command position (e.g., Master or Chief Officer)
- Proven operational knowledge and experience with Wet Fleet vessels (LPG, LNG, or Oil Tankers)
- Strong understanding of international maritime regulations and industry best practices
- Experience and training in internal auditing, incident investigation, and risk management
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with fluency in English
