Marine Superintendent

Our client is a reputable maritime organisation operating within the international tanker and gas shipping sectors. They are currently looking to appoint a Marine Superintendent to be based in their Rotterdam office. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day vessel operations, ensure adherence to international maritime regulations, and provide guidance to onboard crews on operational, technical, and safety-related matters. Acting as a key point of contact between shore-based management and the vessels, this role plays an essential part in supporting safe and efficient fleet operations.
 

The requirements for this role are:
 

• Sailing experience in a senior officer capacity on gas carriers, tankers, or deep-sea vessels
   
• Previous experience as a Marine Superintendent is beneficial
   
• A relevant bachelor’s degree
   
• Willingness and flexibility to travel when required
   
• Strong command of the English language
