Marine Surveyor.

Consortio have partnered with a global surveying company that provides the international shipping and maritime industry with high quality surveys and services. They have clients that include insurance companies, P&I clubs, industry majors and shippers. They also provide training and education services in different maritime related disciplines. They are currently looking for a new Marine Surveyor to join them at their office in Belgium.

As a Marine Surveyor you will start in the company by conducting cargo and condition surveys for clients and will work your way up through the company. You will be carrying out investigations and assessments and performing surveys. This is one of the most prestigious vocations in the industry and demands a great deal of technical know-how.

To be eligible for this role you need to:

• Be able to work independently.
• Have graduated from nautical college or have a relevant degree.
• Be trustworthy and flexible.
• Have the right to live and work within the EU.
• Be able to speak fluent Flemish or Dutch!
• Have a background in Surveying or have sailed.
