Nautical Operator

Our client is a global leader in providing maritime training services. Due to recent growth, they are seeking a Nautical Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing simulators used by deck officers during training exercises and will collaborate closely with instructors throughout each simulation. Additionally, you will ensure that the simulator room is organized and properly set up for instructors before each session begins. You will also support the delivery of both theoretical and practical briefings in the lecture room and simulator environment. Finally, you will contribute to the development and testing of new simulator-based courses.

Requirements:

• A degree in Nautical Science.
• Sailing experience as a 3rd Officer or higher on Cruise Ships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent IT skills 
• Proficiency in English – both written and spoken.
