Offshore Marine Engineer

Our client is an advanced and diverse independent engineering & consultancy firm. They consistently provide their extensive consultancy services to operators, contractors, engineering companies, and private investors. They work on a broad spectrum of innovative offshore projects. They are now looking to fill a Marine Engineer vacancy in their Amsterdam office.

Our client seeks to hire a Marine Engineer to support the team. The position requires you to asses client requirements and understand commercial drivers in a project. You will be expected to oversee design methodologies and to define ways to provide a solution to any queries. Additionally, you will be expected to present the analyses results o the client in an efficient and orderly fashion.

To be eligible for this role you need:    

• Good written and spoken English.
• More than 2 years experience as multi-disciplinary Offshore Engineer.
• Ability to use Python to perform analyses.
• University Degree (MSc or higher) in Marine-, Mechanical-, Offshore Engineering, Naval Architecture.
