Due to continuous growth and recent expansion our client is on the lookout for an experienced Operations Executive. In this role you will be expected to prepare and agree on supply chain planning with suppliers to ensure customers are supplied on time. Furthermore, you will need to manage all shipments and deliveries in line with the company’s sale and purchase agreements. In addition to this you will need to ensure timely and accurate communications with all parties including ship agents, customers and stake holders. Finally, you will be expected to handle demurrage calculations for vessels and containers.
 

To be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:
 

  • Have a MBO or Bachelors in Logistics or Supply Chain.
     
  • Have 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity role.
     
  • Have good skills and knowledge of MS Office applications.
     
  • Have excellent communication skills.
     
  • Be fluent in English – both written and verbal.
