Consortio is proud to be working with a leading shipping company to offer an exciting opportunity to join an experienced commercial team, managing fleet operations for handy size bulk carriers and multi-purpose vessels. This role requires a motivated professional with a strong background in dry bulk operations.
You will oversee daily operations, including voyage planning, cargo operations, agency appointments, reporting, bunkering, laytime calculations, voyage performance monitoring, and ship-shore communication. Additionally, you will maintain operational and environmental standards, analyze data for proactive decision-making, and implement efficiency improvements.
To be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:
- Three to five years' experience in dry bulk operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English; German knowledge is an advantage
- Experience with Veson is desirable
- Willingness to travel
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach
