Operations Manager

Our client is a growing international dry bulk shipping company with a strong operational presence across global markets. Operating a modern fleet of handysize and supramax vessels, the business is recognised for its focus on efficiency, commercial performance, and delivering tailored solutions to its customers through a dedicated team based in key maritime hubs.
 

As a result of recent expansion they are on the lookout for an Operations Manager. This role will be responsible for overseeing the commercial operation of assigned vessels, ensuring the smooth execution of voyages from fixture to completion. Working closely with chartering, technical, and crewing teams, the Operations Manager will monitor vessel performance, manage cargo operations, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and contractual obligations.
 

The requirements for this role are:
 

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a vessel operator within the dry bulk sector
   
• Experience with handysize vessels is preferred
   
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
