Operations Team Leader

Our client is an expanding entity with offices that span across Europe and Asia. Owing to the success that the company has enjoyed over recent years, our client is targeting an Operations Team Lead to both strengthen and develop their commercial team based out of the Rotterdam office.

This role will see you leading and supporting the Bulk team, organising the inbound and outbound flows of bulk in a cost-effective way. Reporting into the Operations Manager for Europe, you will not only be a proven leader but someone who can demonstrate an ability to go above and beyond. Alongside the day to day administrative responsibilities, your communication skills will be paramount to ensuring the smooth-running and continued growth of one its flagship departments.

To be eligible for this role, you will:
 

• Have experience across bulk operations and in leading a team
• Be educated to degree level (preferably)
• Possess strong knowledge of transport and liquid bulk cargo
• Be fluent in English (and preferably Dutch)
• Have the right to live and work in the Netherlands (EU)
