Quality Assurance Superintendent

In this pivotal role, you will ensure the effective implementation of the company’s integrated Management System, supporting compliance with international and customer requirements, including ISM, ISO, MLC, and flag regulations. You will coordinate and monitor internal and external audits, oversee vessel certifications, and facilitate Flag State inspections, ensuring timely follow-up and corrective action. Alongside this, you will collaborate closely with internal departments and external stakeholders, including Class Societies, Flag Administrations, and clients, while driving a culture of quality, environmental awareness, and energy efficiency. Your work will directly contribute to operational performance, continuous improvement, and the long-term reliability of the company’s managed fleet.

To be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:

• A maritime degree from a university or marine academy
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience with a shipping company
• Advanced training in Management Systems and auditing
• Deep knowledge of ISM Code, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, MLC 2006, and ISO 45001
• Strong understanding of maritime operations, international regulations, and industry standards
• Excellent communication and managerial skills
• Team-oriented with a proactive, adaptable mindset
• Fluent in spoken and written English
