Senior Structural Engineer

Consortio has partnered with a leading specialist organisation within the advanced marine and yacht engineering sector to recruit a Senior / Lead Structural (FEA) Engineer. The successful candidate will support the structural design and analysis of high-value, large-scale marine projects, contributing to complex engineering challenges across premium vessels.

The role will involve finite element analysis (FEA), structural calculations, and design development, requiring a high level of technical competence and the ability to work independently across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing priorities, organising workload, and contributing within a collaborative engineering environment.

Essential qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in marine or yacht structural engineering.
• Strong expertise in structural analysis, FEA, and engineering calculations.
• Relevant engineering qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Proven ability to self-manage projects, organise time effectively, and meet deadlines.
