We are now recruiting a Senior Technical Superintendent—a vital role at the heart of fleet operations. This position is instrumental in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant running of technically complex vessels, including DP-2 and DP-3 class ships. As a key link between the vessel and shore-based operations, the Senior Technical Superintendent will oversee maintenance, repairs, dry dockings, and financial management of the assigned ships. The successful candidate will also drive continuous improvement, support vessel crews, and maintain the highest standards of safety, environmental protection, and energy efficiency.

To be considered for this role, candidates must demonstrate the following:

• A valid Chief Engineer’s license with a minimum of two (2) years’ sea service on DP-2 and DP-3 vessels.
• At least two (2) years of experience as a Technical Superintendent with a reputable ship management or shipping company.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• A sound knowledge of marine industry regulations, technical operations, and vessel management systems.
• Proficiency in budget control, purchasing procedures, and fluent command of the English language.
