With an exceptional track record in managing highly specialised offshore assets, this organisation is known for its commitment to safety, efficiency, and excellence. Now, as part of their strategic growth and ongoing commitment to operational excellence, they are seeking to appoint a Senior Technical Superintendent to join their dynamic team in Limassol, Cyprus.
This role is critical in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of a fleet of advanced offshore vessels, including DP-2 and DP-3 types. The Senior Technical Superintendent will be the key point of contact for all technical matters relating to assigned vessels, providing leadership in maintenance, budgeting, compliance, and vessel performance. With oversight from the Technical Director and Commercial Manager, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in upholding technical standards, driving continuous improvement, and supporting shipboard teams across the fleet.
Key Requirements:
- Chief Engineer’s license with minimum two years' sea service on DP-2 or DP-3 vessels.
- At least two years’ prior experience as a Technical Superintendent within a shipping or ship management company.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative team approach.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- Deep understanding of marine regulations, classification rules, and sound technical knowledge of offshore vessels.
