Senior Trader / Team Leader

Consortio is working with a global marine fuel trader. They provide a range of services that include b2b trading and physical supply. In a particularly competitive market they have excelled and even diversified by joining the lubricant market. Our client is renowned worldwide for offering customers competitive prices and providing a personalised service. You will be joining a multi-national team that never compromises on seeking to be the best in this sector.

This role is for a Team Leader to manage a team of competitive b2b bunker traders. You will be responsible for improving the team’s collective financial performance. A key part of this brief will be actively mentoring your team and assisting in troubleshooting problems that arise. Another vital task will be using your industry connections to development strategic business relationships in this region. This will involve you meeting with clients, attending networking events and industry specific conferences.

To be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria;

• Be an experienced b2b bunker trader.
• Intimate knowledge of the Greek bunker trading market.
• Preferably people management experience.
• Speak fluent English.
• Must have EU residency rights to be considered.
