Consortio is proud to be working in partnership with an established and internationally active shipbroking house with a strong presence across global Sale & Purchase markets. This commercially driven organisation has built its reputation on long-standing client relationships, disciplined market intelligence, and consistent deal execution across multiple asset classes. As part of its continued strategic growth, they are now seeking to appoint an experienced S&P Broker to join their Athens office.
The S&P Broker will be responsible for originating, negotiating, and successfully concluding vessel sale and purchase transactions, working closely with owners, buyers, and investors across international markets. The role requires a strong commercial mindset, an existing network within the industry, and the ability to manage transactions from initial discussions through to completion. Operating within a high-performance brokerage environment, the successful candidate will contribute directly to revenue generation, client expansion, and market positioning while maintaining discretion and professionalism at all times.
To be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in Sale & Purchase shipbroking
- Proven track record of successfully concluded S&P transactions
- Established network of shipowners, buyers, and industry stakeholders
- Strong understanding of asset values, market cycles, and contractual negotiations
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Currently based in Greece with the right to live and work locally
