Service Engineer

Our client is a reputable marine services provider specialising in the installation, maintenance, and support of advanced navigation, communication, and electronic systems for vessels operating worldwide. With a strong focus on technical excellence and responsive service delivery, the company supports its customers through experienced engineers and efficient operational processes.
 

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking to recruit a motivated Service Engineer to join its technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing onboard and remote support for navigation, communication, and electronic systems, ensuring reliable operation and high service standards. The role also involves troubleshooting equipment, delivering technical assistance to vessels, and managing spare-part supply in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
 

The requirements for this role are:

• Experience in Electronics, Electrical, Software, or Network Engineering, or another relevant discipline
   
• A university degree will be considered an advantage
   
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
   
• High levels of initiative, professionalism, and responsibility
   
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure
   
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word and Excel
   
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
   
• Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally at short notice
