An opportunity has arisen for a senior Tanker Broker to step into a team lead role within the Dubai office. This position goes beyond pure broking and will suit someone capable of overseeing a tanker desk, setting direction, and supporting the development of others, while still remaining hands-on in the market. The successful hire will play a key role in strengthening and expanding the firm’s tanker presence.
 

The requirements for this role are:
 

• 5+ years’ experience in tanker broking
   
• Proven capability to run a desk and take on leadership responsibilities
   
• Strong tanker market expertise with established industry connections
   
• Ability to work independently while guiding and supporting a wider team
   
• Fluency in English, written and spoken
