Technical Officer

Due to recent expansion, our client is on the lookout for a Technical Officer, and you will be responsible for handling the technical services and procurement activities for your assigned vessels. Furthermore, you will support the Technical Superintendent in manging the vessels budget and ensure cost optimization. In addition to this you will assess and report the performance of the vessels to support the company’s maintenance and procurement strategies to achieve defined targets and goals.
 

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
 

• Have a BSc in Shipping or Maritime studies or have a 2nd mate / 3rd engineer license.
   
• Have 5 years’ experience in purchasing or supply chain management.
   
• Be fluent in English.
