Consortio is proud to partner with a forward-thinking maritime company that has been operating for 10 years, specializing in the management of Dry Bulk vessels. The multicultural office, home to professionals from all over Europe, fosters a collaborative and inclusive work environment. With a mix of permanent and contracted staff, the company is continually growing with a keen focus on reducing its environmental footprint. With five newbuilds on the way, the company is seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Superintendent to join the expanding team.

 

The Technical Superintendent will oversee the technical management of the vessels, ensuring their operational efficiency, safety, and compliance with maritime regulations. This role involves maintaining vessel performance, coordinating maintenance schedules, and managing budgets. The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing the company's sustainable and innovative fleet.

 

Qualifications Needed:

  • Minimum rank of 2nd Engineer or higher.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
  • Resident of the Netherlands or able to relocate without support.
