Technical Superintendent

As a Technical Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical performance, maintenance, and compliance of assigned dry bulk vessels. This is a shore-based role that acts as the primary liaison between the vessels and the office, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high standards of safety and reliability. You will manage budgets, coordinate dry dockings, and support onboard teams with guidance and troubleshooting expertise.
 

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
 

• 9 months + sailing experience as a Chief Engineer on Bulk or Containers.
   
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
   
• Strong leadership, communication, and technical problem-solving skills.
   
• A genuine interest in relocating to and building a career in Singapore.
   
• Previous shore-based experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
