The selected Yacht Broker will play a pivotal role in the company's European expansion, leveraging expertise to navigate the luxury yacht market. The position offers flexibility, allowing for remote work or office-based in Monaco. Responsibilities include crafting bespoke yacht purchasing experiences, securing new sales opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with clients and industry peers. Effective collaboration with an international team is crucial to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Yacht Broker.
- Proven success in luxury yacht sales and client management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- A team player open to feedback and willing to share insights.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- Familiarity with industry platforms and associations preferred, such as Yachtfolio, MYBA, and ECPY.
