The role is for an Agency Operator to join their team of enthusiastic and independent employees. You will be responsible for visiting ships on arrival and departure as well as maintaining daily contact with customers, ships, and port authorities. Furthermore, you will need to make sure all internal and external IT systems are kept up to date. In addition to this you will also be responsible for the coordination of crew and deliveries to the vessels and planning crew changes.
 

In order to be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:
 

•              Be in possession of a diploma in shipping and logistics.
 

•              Have good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
 

•              Be a good communicator.
 

•              Be willing to work mornings / nights and weekends.
 

•              In possession of a Driver’s License.
