As the Assistant Crewing Superintendent, you will be pivotal in driving the efficiency and success of the Crewing Department. You'll orchestrate seamless crew changes, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and spearhead crew planning and development initiatives. Your role will also encompass managing critical operational aspects like vessel correspondence, financial disbursements, and incident response logistics. This position offers a unique chance to shape procedures, champion continual improvement, and collaborate closely with the Crewing Superintendents and team to uphold maritime excellence. You will report directly to the Crewing Superintendent, fostering strong teamwork and communication to maintain departmental continuity.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years' hands-on experience aboard ships or in ship management.
• Experience with offshore vessels.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in IT systems and a knack for organizational efficiency.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and meet deadlines consistently.
