We are currently recruiting for the role of Assistant Technical Superintendent, a critical position within the technical department. The Assistant Technical Superintendent supports the effective operation and regulatory compliance of the assigned fleet, working closely with the Technical Superintendent and shipboard management teams. This role involves overseeing vessel performance, quality assurance, and adherence to the company’s management systems, ensuring each vessel meets or exceeds industry standards.

Key Requirements:

• Marine Qualification: Degree from a marine university, academy, or college, or an equivalent educational background in the shipping industry.
• Self-Motivation and Responsibility: Demonstrates a high level of self-motivation and a strong sense of responsibility in daily duties.
• English Language Proficiency: Strong command of English for effective communication within multinational teams.
• Industry and Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the marine industry, including current rules, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Technical and Financial Acumen: Solid technical knowledge of vessels, with practical experience in purchasing, budget management, and cost control.
