This role requires strong market awareness, strategic thinking, and the credibility to engage at senior levels within the maritime sector. It offers significant international exposure and the opportunity to directly influence the commercial success of a highly respected ship management business.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in maritime business development, ship management, or commercial shipping, with a proven track record of winning and developing strategic accounts.
- Strong understanding of ship management services, including technical management, crewing, HSSEQ, procurement, and value-added digital solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, manage tender processes, negotiate contracts, and successfully close high-value commercial agreements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships at senior executive level.
- Commercially astute, target-driven, and willing to travel internationally to represent the organisation at client meetings and industry events.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious maritime professional seeking to join a forward-thinking organisation where commercial performance and relationship management are central to continued global growth.
