Business Optimisation Executive / Manager

Consortio is excited to once again be partnering one of the industry’s most exciting and innovative companies on its latest search for a Business Optimisation Expert / Manager. With the business continuing to rapidly expand, this person would join the company’s head office in Dubai and work closely with all members of the group, including senior management.

In this role, you will be tasked with:
 

• Cultivating, capturing, and developing business ideas from colleagues and employees
   
• Converting ideas from whiteboarding to actionable items
   
• Carrying out detailed business analysis and review
   
• Identifying strategies and developing solutions on new and existing business and projects
   
• Carrying out market research and recording all information
   
• Following up with all stakeholders in various projects and engaging relevant parties
   
• Creating business reports and ad hoc analysis on current business and new projects
   
• Identifying business gaps and shortcomings and developing solutions to fill gaps in order to optimize the process
   
• Leading the digital advancement for the team and the company

To be eligible for this role, you will:
 

• Have developed projects from inception through to completion
   
• Be willing and able to relocate to UAE
   
• Have experience with software such as Power BI and possess advanced Excel skills
   
• Be educated to degree level (desirable)
   
• Possess an analytical mind and key attention to detail
   
• Have a forward-thinking attitude and desire for career advancement
   
• Be a strong communicator and able to develop relationships both internally and externally
