Commercial Manager

Consortio have partnered with an internationally recognized shipping company based in Hamburg. They have 40 years’ experience in the shipping business and are currently expanding. They offer many different services within the shipping and maritime sector and are extremely focused on offering brilliant guest satisfaction ratings. Due to the rapidly expanding team they are currently hiring a Commercial Manager.

As a Commercial Manager you will be ensuring the vessels are managed according to the contractual terms stipulated in the respective management agreement. You will provide support in preparing budget proposals in close cooperation with the operational departments and will be checking timely monthly financial reports. Preparing quarterly reports and submissions and executing commercial budget control for the operations department is all included.  

To be eligible for this role you need a:

• University education or relevant working experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent command of English.
• Outstanding command of MS office.
• Great leadership skills and able to pay strong attention to detail.
