In this role, you will oversee all aspects of crew management and coordination across the fleet. You will lead the crewing function, ensuring smooth operations, compliance with international regulations, and the effective deployment and development of seafarers. The position involves close cooperation with other departments to support vessel performance, as well as responsibility for planning, budgeting, and maintaining strong communication with both shore and sea staff.
 

The requirements for this role are:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a maritime-related field
     
  • Solid background in crew management or ship operations
     
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
     
  • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
     
  • Proficiency with crewing systems and standard software tools
     
  • Understanding of international maritime standards and MLC requirements
